1.Avoverseasjob.com is  part of AV OVERSEAS JOB SOLUTIONS, B 10, Industrial area,  Phase 1, Sector 57, mohali. AND AV Technologies is also is our other part dealing in Digital Marketing and website development.

2. We are into online job applying as per the need / work experience of candidate

3. We are job consultancy only not into providing any visa,  as visa used to issue by concerned embassy.

4. We are not tie up with any overseas visa providing agencies who gave commission for each candidate niether we commit , we provide visa. We are applying n helping him in apply the job.

5. We submit resume online for work, after candidate shortlisting email we give training of 7-10 days basic language training n other training required to attend the interview.

6. After interview candidate used to get offer letter and later work permit.

7. Later work permit help he can apply for embassy interview and embassy can give or reject visa as per their procedures and rules.

8. If candidate case is rejected by embassy or not selected for interview,  we will again apply for him in same country or other  country uptill 7-10 times.

9. There is fee for each and every thing , for making resume and cover letter in foreign language, then for providing training and then final payment on work permit only, if received.

10. To avoid making payment to wrong person, Please do call and confirm each time on our number mentioned in website or by email before making payment to us. As some one or old or existing employees can miss use our name and brand. We are not responsible if not confirmed.

11. Please do ask for receipt. We used to give receipts of payment with purpose mentioned therein.

13. Total time can take upto 90 to 120 days or more as well as that is not in our hands
